Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Thinkly.life, including our assessments, recommendations, web experiences, subscriptions, and related services. Thinkly.life is owned and operated by Mikael Jorkvist.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Thinkly.life, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase paid services from Thinkly.life. By using the service, you represent that you are legally able to enter into this agreement.
3. Nature of the Service
Thinkly.life provides educational, informational, and self-improvement content. Our assessments, plans, and suggestions are not medical advice, mental health treatment, diagnosis, or therapy.
If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, or need professional care, contact a licensed healthcare provider or emergency services immediately.
4. Accounts and User Information
You may be asked to provide information such as your email address and assessment responses. You agree that any information you provide is accurate and current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account or access credentials associated with the service.
5. Billing, Subscriptions, and Payments
Paid plans may be offered on a monthly, yearly, or lifetime basis. Payments may be processed by third-party providers, including Paddle and RevenueCat. By purchasing a paid plan, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the payment method you provide.
Subscription plans renew automatically unless canceled before the next renewal date. Pricing, billing cadence, taxes, trial periods, introductory offers, and cancellation terms will be shown to you at checkout before purchase.
6. Refunds
Thinkly.life offers a 14-day refund window on purchases processed through Paddle. If you request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase, or within 14 days of your most recent subscription renewal, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
We do not require you to meet usage thresholds, completion thresholds, or any other qualifying conditions inside that 14-day window. To request a refund, contact support@thinkly.life.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected functionality, scrape protected content at scale, or use Thinkly.life in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
8. Intellectual Property
Thinkly.life and its content, branding, software, design, quizzes, plans, and related materials are owned by Thinkly.life or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for limited personal use, you may not copy, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit our materials without prior written permission.
9. Disclaimers
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thinkly.life disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thinkly.life and its affiliates, founders, employees, contractors, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the service.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the service if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms and Conditions, created risk for the platform or other users, or if continued access is not commercially or legally feasible.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updated terms become effective when posted on this page unless a different effective date is stated.
13. Contact
For questions about these Terms and Conditions, contact Mikael Jorkvist through our support page at /contact-support.
This page is a business-ready template for Paddle onboarding, but it is not legal advice. You should have qualified counsel review your final terms before going live.
