This Refund Policy applies to Thinkly.life products and subscriptions sold by Mikael Jorkvist and processed through Paddle.
14-day refund window
We offer a 14-day refund window. If you request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase, or within 14 days of your most recent subscription renewal, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
No extra qualifying conditions
We do not require minimum usage, unfinished progress, unused content, or any other qualifying conditions inside the 14-day refund window.
How to request a refund
Email support@thinkly.life from the email address associated with your purchase and include your order details.
Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider and bank.
